Do I pay first month’s rent and last month’s rent with my security deposit?
To move in you must pay the first month rent plus a security deposit. The security deposit is NOT to be use as last month's rent.

How old do you have to be to apply?
All applicants 18 and older need to complete an application.

Is the deposit refundable?
Yes, the deposit is refundable when all occupants have vacated, minus any unpaid rent, damages and cleaning if needed.

You have a property I want to rent. How do I apply?

How do I pay rent?
Payments can be made online using the Resident Login link or you can mail your rent to P.O. Box 1320, Sebastopol, CA 95473. Rent payments must be received by the 5th of each month to avoid a late fee. All rent payments must be made payable to KPM Property Management& Real Estate.

I want to get a pet. What do I do?
Before bringing any pet into your home, contact KPM for permission.

My lease expiration is coming and I want to move out. What do I do?
You must submit a notice to vacate in writing at least 30 days before you move out. All notices
must be mailed to P.O. Box 1320 Sebastopol CA 95473.
